The beautiful spring weather is on its way hopefully! Though we have had an extremely rainy winter here! Just thinking about a warm, sunny spring day with the windows open makes me giddy.  I seriously can’t think of anything more pleasant than a clean house, lemon essential oil diffusing, a breeze blowing through the house, and kids playing around outside. Okay... I just painted a picture of perfection, not reality. Haha!

🌱 It's a Super Bloom year here! When all the flowers bloom and the dust kicks up, sometimes our bodies respond to these seasonal changes with getting a little temporary congestion or itchy watery eyes. 

👉 TriEase Softgels contain equal parts of Lemon, Lavender, and Peppermint essential oils because of their natural respiratory support properties. This is a super easy natural, non-drowsy alternative!

In addition to the TriEase, you can also whip up a 10 ml roller to have handy as well. Roll this on the bottoms of your feet or on the back of your neck.

10 drops Lemon*
10 drops Lavender

5 drops Tea Tree
Top with Fractionated Coconut Oil and roll as needed
